Welcome to Asambe. Asambe is a product owned and operated by RiseAfrika Technologies (Pty) Ltd (CIPC Registration Number: 2025/337058/07), a South African company based in Johannesburg.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Asambe app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All rights, title, and interest in Asambe (including the mobile application, Pods, design, content, trademarks, and technology) are owned exclusively by RiseAfrika Technologies (Pty) Ltd. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Asambe without prior written permission.

By signing up and using Asambe, you consent to Base44 (or its affiliates) collecting, processing, and using your personal information for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This includes location data, trip details, booking information, and usage data. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to use Asambe only for lawful purposes.

Asambe is provided "as is". RiseAfrika Technologies and Base44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
